There are four major differences between the PRO and free version, which are:

Dr. EFLenses 0.7.0 FAQ

1. How do I add lenses into "My Lenses" or "Wish List"?

While on "Lens List" tab, touch and hold-down (long press) on a lens till pop-up menu shows up.
There are several options such as "I Have One" and "Add to Wishlist". Click it and the lens will be added to the list and brings you to the corresponding tab. When you want to go back to "Lens List", you can either click the "Lens List" tab or BACK button.
